The petitioner Thiru Nalvinai Viswaraju was not present. The Public Authority
was represented by Thiru S. Jagannathan, Deputy Registrar/Special Officer, Public
Information Officer, Rasipuram Co-op. Urban Bank, Rasipuram were present for the
enquiry on 26.2.2009 at Namakkal.
During the enquiry the Public Authority informed the Commission that the
same case was heard on 13.6.2008 in Case No.650/Enquiry/2008 and the
Commission in its judgment mentioned that, ”Since some of the items are stayed in
a similar case in the High Court they are waiting for the disposal of the writ and the

Commission will give its findings on a latter date on receipt of the orders of the High
Court. With an interim direction the case is disposed." During the enquiry the
Public Authority mentioned that the Court stay is still continuing and plead their
inability to provide the details to the petitioner. Accepting the version of the Public
Authority, the Commission stands on the version of the hearing dated 13.6.2008 in
Case No.650/Enquiry/2008.
